Dataset generator

One photo of your character in, a sheet of consistent views out: angles, expressions, outfits. It can also create empty sets (bedroom, living room, bathroom) from a single photo of a room.

Face swap + double polish

Find a photo you like and put your character in it. Pose, outfit and light are kept. The Krea 2 double pass removes the paste-up flaws. Move your mouse over the photo: to the left the base image, to the right your character in its place.

Is my PC enough?

No big graphics card?Almost nobody has one.

A GPU rented on RunPod costs a few dollars per session, and Lazarus Control works from any computer, Mac included. Pick your graphics memory to see what runs at home.

Your graphics card memory (VRAM)

Windows: Task Manager → Performance → GPU → "Dedicated GPU memory".
Mac: no NVIDIA card, go straight to a cloud GPU.

    Before you buy

    I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

    Yes. Lazarus Control is made for that: start the pod, open the panel and fill in forms. You never touch a node.

    Do I need a powerful computer?

    No. Everything can run on a rented GPU. Your computer only opens the panel in a browser, Mac included.

    How much does the cloud GPU cost?

    You pay by the hour, only while the pod runs. An image session usually costs a few dollars; training and video need more compute.

    Is there a subscription?

    No. You pay once and keep access, updates included.

    What if I get stuck?

    You get direct support to help you install and fix a failed generation.

    Do I need to pay for other AI tools?

    No. The workflows use open models you run yourself. The only cost is the GPU if you don't have one.

    How do I get the files?

    Right after payment you get a download link by email: workflows, panel and guides.
